Hunting – Wild Hogs 2021

Sportsman of Colorado Radio Show is so very proud of our good friend Teagan Smith and we are excited to feature his awesome hog hunt success! Here's a great description of the hunt, in Teagan's words: Hello fellow hunters, my name is Teagan Smith, son of Quentin and Jordi Smith owners of QRS Outdoor Specialties. While Hunting is my passion, I am always looking for different things to hunt. This year I got to go to our new ranch, called El Squato Ranch in Encinal, Texas and hunt hogs! It was my first time to ever hunt hogs, and I was lucky enough to shoot 3 including this big boar all with one shot a piece! This big pig was feeding on a fence line when my cousin Tyler spotted him. We stalked into place and I got set up with my 6.5. Creedmoor and ready to take the shot. After some time, he finally walked out behind the bush and I slowly squeezed the trigger and the monster pig fell right in his tracks. My heart was going 100 mph! It was one of best nights ever!!!
